Bonjour les collègues Mustangs!!
I have been busy since Houston. After I received my degree I traveled to Europe where I fell in love with the art of making Chocolate. I decided to stay in France for a summer to learn from one of the greatest masters of this sweet confection. The funny thing about time is that it passes quickly and I have been in France ever since. I own a small chocolatier an hour (by train) south Paris in Orleans, France. Due to time constraints I regret being unable to attend the reunion. However, Je vous tous souhaite le meilleur de chance.
